We are Medicare providers and accept most insurance companies. Some of the Insurance companies we participate with are Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, State Health Benefit Plan, Tricare and United Healthcare. Please call our office to check on your particular insurance plan.

Our initial office consultation fee covers the history and physical examination, review of any prior records, ordering of any additional tests and an overall assesment of your healthcare needs.

If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physican please be sure that we have one before your first visit. If we do not have a referral you will be asked to reschedule your appointment or pay for the office visit up front.

We will submit your claims to your insurance company for you. Most plans require a co-payment and/or a deductable, which is payable at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
